Our staff are available by phone to schedule appointments, answer your questions and assist you as needed between the hours of Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.
We do offer some early and late day appointments for your convenience.
For non-urgent issues after business hours you may either call back when the office is open, or leave a message with the answering service and your call will be returned when the office reopens.
For urgent issues after business hours, you may call the answering service who will contact your physician or the physician on-call. For a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room, and call us the next day to let us know.

Urgent Medical Matters
Please do not use Weill Cornell CONNECT to send any messages requiring urgent attention. For urgent medical matters, contact your doctor's office by phone or call 911.
There are two ways to request a prescription refill:
- If you are a Weill Cornell CONNECT member, log in to request a prescription refill. If you are not a member you can usually create an account instantly here.
- If you are unable to access Weill Cornell CONNECT please call your physician's office for a prescription refill.
